Integration Process

1. Define your target market

Choose the inbox or domain you want outreach to come from.

4. Optional: CRM connection
HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and others can sync replies automatically.

5. Launch

Before anything goes live, you approve:

  • how the outreach messages sound after being matched to your example email

  • the exact types of people and roles the system will be contacting

  • any sending domain or inbox preferences

  • optional CRM connections or organizational preferences
